Lighting Fluorescent Fixture

Where can I purchase a ballast for the establishment of a circular fluorescent light that uses 1x 32 and 1x 40 watts?
The original ballast is my LUSA Lighting Inc. I am pretty sure that is an electronic ballast. The Code is FTY HD4032-120A. The types of FC16T10 lamps are 40W and 32W FC12T9. The AMPS LINE is 0.90. No I can find this type of ballast on Google or Home Depot.
Check your local yellow pages of a lighting supply depot or supplier. They will be able to get exactly what you need.
