How do I install my ceiling lamp wiring my condo rare?

I'm trying to install a ceiling light and I see three wires: yellow, green and a tan that is returned! I guess the yellow is power, and that was the only limit. The green is screwed to the junction box so I guess thats ground. However, the loop is to throw me off! Assuming you find out which wire is what the group should only be two wires of each type of equipment together and make them one roof?

Buy a cheap tester and confirm what is power. The neutral loop can be that way because they got the wire through the box and never had an accessory connected there. If you cut the loop you will lose the power to anything else on the line so make sure you have a flashlight handy. enclose a black to power, all color neutral white and green all grounded.
