What is the best way to connect 2 3-way switches (one slide regulator) to 5 recessed ceiling lights.?

Note that I 12.2 cable going to switch # 1 and can send 12-3 to change # 2. I do not really understand the specifics of what cable connects to what terminal on change # 1, # 2 and pass the first traffic light. I have all the lights connected to each other using 12-2, only need to be connected properly to switch # 1 to start work. Any advice, thank billion!

Each switch has three terminals. common one and two passengers. the common switch is connected to the hot energy (in) and the other is common switch connected to the leg (the power light). The two passengers between the two switches is an alternative route for power flow in order turn on the light from two locations. regulator using a slide on one side becomes an ongoing problem. I would suggest a way dimmer 3 double set-up. Lutron ago a pair of 3-way switches for this specific situation. This makes the adjustable lights from two locations, and comes with clear instructions and illistrations.
