does Instyler rotating iron in this type of hair?

My hair is very thick, frizzy, to-the-shoulder, layered hair. I want the rotation Instyler iron, but some people say it works really great, but some people say it sucks. I do not want to spend like $ 100 on this thing, if your work is not going to work. So please help me decide if I should or not. Thank you!

works for many types of hair, I know who've used it on several people including myself (and have long thick hair), just take 1 inch sections of hair and move the iron from scalp to ends. requires practice, but the results are always good.
